Heritage Bank Experience Centre is a model customer convergence
point for premium service to all cadres of customers; offering quality
financial advisory services and project management funding to the Bank’s
existing and prospective customers through customized banking products, in
addition to leveraging technology to improve customer experience.
Speaking at the recent opening of the Awolowo Experience Centre
in Ikoyi Lagos, Executive Director, Ivory Banking, Mrs. Mary Akpobome noted
that, ‘With the opening of this Awolowo Experience Centre, all of us at
Heritage Bank are reconfirming our
resolve to move quality banking services closer to our valued customers. I want
to reassure you, that you have a listening bank and a partner that will take
your business to greater height”.
Also, Executive Director, Enterprise Management, Mr. Robert
Mbonu described the commissioning of the new Experience Centre as the
continuation of unique Banking Services aimed at improving the bottom-line of
Heritage Bank’s numerous Customers. “The opening of this 12th branch
of our Bank marks another point in the continuation of best of banking services
we are renowned for”, Mr. Mbonu remarked.
Key customers of Heritage Bank also expressed delight on the
Bank’s branch expansion drive.
