Swift Network is a Nigerian wireless and fibre-based broadband internet service provider company. Information reaching shybellmediaonline.blogspot.com has it that the new internet service provider, Swift Networks is milking out lots of juice from Nigerians. The few years old internet service provider started on a good note but are now derailing seriously. Swift Networks came into Nigerian market been the fastest and more reliable among the rest of the internet service providers, concentrating only on Lagos customers, fast, moderate charges and more easy to recharge as well.
However, this network provider started winning more clients by doing promos, “buy a model and get one month free subscription”. Information reaching SBM has it that, the promo is fraud. Lots of clients are complaining of buying and not getting their one month free subscription. As if that was not enough, the Lagos internet provider came out with another promo “Swift Refer a Friend Offer”. This promo, is about client referring friends and get a month free for him/herself. Close source revealed that the promo is a fraud. Clients have been referring people and not getting their free subscription. A client who speak with SBM base on anonymous claims that, he bought a Swift4G LTE for N19,000 and was asked to refer a friend for him to have a month free subscription which he did and since then, he has been receiving different kind of stories from the service provider denying of his freebie. And when he complained, he was asked to refer another person in order for him to have his free month subscription instead of two as the promo imply.
Moreso, SBM spoke with few other clients and there complains are almost the same. Some claims they can’t recharged as the internet is becoming more slower, some said it takes time for the subscriptions to come up while some are annoyed with the service provider for not concentrating on outside Lagos coverage, instead they are busy doing fake and fraud promo.

As we always do, SBM try reaching Mr. Chukwuma Okoye, Chief Operating Officer of Swift Networks for their own side of the story but all efforts prove abortive.

  1. They have so much to lose with bad public relations, no amount of advertising can compensate for bad word of mouth...
