It’s no longer news that Nigerians are crazy about phones and Samsung Nigeria is one of the leading phones and electronic manufactures in Nigeria which has come to stay. The phone manufacturing company has the likes of Banky W, Kate Henshaw, Bouqui as his brand ambassadors.
       However, information reaching shybellmediaonline.blogspot.com has it that, Samsung has start milking Nigerians in a very ridiculous ways.
Firstly, investigation revealed that most of their phones and electronics are not of standard. According to research, Samsung is really cutting cost on their productions. They are making phone and electronics only suitable for Nigerian market (not of world standard). This mean, the company only produce phones and electronics with cheap labour in far away China and Korea and sell to Nigerians at standard price, just to make more profits.
       Meanwhile, Samsung office in Saka Tinubu, Lagos, Nigeria, to be specific has been taken advantage of the public. Information has it that the Samsung’s office has been offering 24 months warranty on all products purchase especially phones, at their office but the noble office has never keep to the their promises.
Source also revealed that once a phone is purchase from the office, clients will be offer 24 months warrant but once the phone start to develop fault (since it not up to standard) and return it to their customer care unit, client will be told; “you didn’t register the production” (which was suppose to be done by the company once the phone is purchased).
Then client will be refer to their Ojuelegba’s office where you will ask to pay between N25,000-N30,000, depending on the product.
However, warrant means;
a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.
So, why ask for money from your noble customers? Why must customers be refer to another outlet in about 1000 kilometers away from the purchases point?

This unlawful act has been going on for a very long time and clients are complaining bitterly.
